Blessings from our home…

Last night (September 2), you did an amazing thing (again!). I would want to wake up and run to the computer to journal everything you said, but I was already sleepy like you. So here is what happened.

We had our homeschool session at night again. Around 8pm. I asked you let’s have our class and you said “Cge mommy airplane lang”– while picking your Mega Airplanes book. Since the Touch and Feel book was there too (With the page on Smooth and Sticky opened), you pointed it out and said “Sticky” then “Smooth!”. I can’t believe you could still remember it since we had that lesson few weeks back.

Anyway, after few flips on the airplane pages, I decided to get the mini atlas which I got from Manila. I started teaching you about our location. And the funny thing started when I mentioned about the 3 major island groups of the Philippines.

You said “Fiyipin Aeyans” (where you mean Philippine Airlines) hahahah!

Then when I mentioned Mindanao, you disagreed with “Hindi Mindanao Mommy, MINDA lang” (referring to our neighbor who’s name is Minda). I was really laughing out loud but you had another “hirit”.

When I mentioned Pacific Ocean, you said ” Cebu Pacific?” Hahahaha

When I pointed China, you said “China Bank!” Hahahahah. What more can you say? Hmmm…

I said tita Moya is here (while pointing to Denmark on the map) at Denmark. You said “Hindi. Andun tita Moya slide!”. You were referring to Moya’s house where there is a slide at the playground.

Oh well. But when I shared to daddy about what you said, daddy asked you where tita MOya is and you answered “Denmark!” hahahah!! ATleast I knew you were listening when I told you about her location.:)

So our first lesson on geography ended with me having a hard time sleeping since I was really laughing and amazed on how you remembered things. And oh, I also pointed on some Flags and told you that we will buy a bigger book on flags of different countries. You said ” Bili laki flags?” hahahahah! Enough son. You made my day.
